Installation Instructions
Please select your email client application for applicable installation instructions:
- Microsoft Outlook 365 (Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP)

- Preview your signature as HTML by clicking here. Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
- Go to Message > Signature > Signatures and click the New button. Name the new signature IntraEdge HTML.
- Click in the open area under the Edit signature section and paste the copied HTML signature in the window (Ctrl + V).
- Go to the Choose default signature section on the right and select IntraEdge HTML for both New Messages and Replies/Forwards.
- Click the OK button at the bottom of the screen.
- Preview your signature as HTML by clicking here. Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
- Go to Outlook > Preferences > Signatures and click the + beneath the list of signatures. Name the new signature IntraEdge HTML.
- Click in the open area under the Edit signature section and paste the copied HTML signature in the window (Command + V).
- Go to the Choose default signature section and select IntraEdge HTML for both New Messages and Replies/Forwards.
- Preview your signature as HTML by clicking here. Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
- Go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures... and click the New button. Name the new signature IntraEdge HTML.
- Click in the open area under the Edit signature section and paste the copied HTML signature in the window (Ctrl + V).
- Go to the Choose default signature section on the right and select IntraEdge HTML for both New Messages and Replies/Forwards.
- Click the OK button at the bottom of the screen.

- In the right window pane, delete all current text and paste the copied HTML content (Command + V).
- Click the Default Signatures button and make the IntraEdge HTML signature your default signature.
- Preview your signature as HTML by clicking here. Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
- In Outlook, go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures... and click the New button. Name the new signature IntraEdge HTML.
- Click in the open area under the Edit signature section and paste the copied HTML signature in the window (Ctrl + V).
- Go to the Choose default signature section on the right and select IntraEdge HTML for both New Messages and Replies/Forwards.
- Click the OK button at the bottom of the screen.

- Login to your Google Gmail account and go to Settings > General under the gear icon. Scroll down to the Signatures section.
- Paste the copied HTML content into the signature area (Windows: Ctrl + V | Mac: Command + V).
- Continue scrolling to bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
